POSITION: 21st Century Educational Assistants       Temporary positions 

HOURS:  Monday morning late start, Mon-Thurs 2:30-5:30pm. 

CLOSING DATE:  Until Filled                                

DESIRED START DATE:  September 19, 2025

LOCATIONS: WSK8

SALARY: $20/hr

 QUALIFICATIONS / PREFERENCES:

• Current employee preferred
• Must be “Highly Qualified” (See below)
• Experience working with students
• Ability to take the lead from the certified teacher

To be “Highly Qualified”, an Educational Assistant requires a high school diploma or the equivalent, and one of the following:

• An Associate's degree
• Two years of study at an institution of higher education - 72 credit hours
• Passed the District Assessment for educational assistants in the areas of reading, writing, math and pedagogy
