STIPEND AMOUNT: $30/hour plus a $1500.00 stipend

 

Employment is contingent on grant funding. Jefferson County School District is currently in a 5-year funding agreement.

POSITION SUMMARY

The site coordinator will work with program staff and the project coordinator/director to plan and implement each component of the 21st Century Community Learning Center (CCLC) extended learning program. The site coordinator will train staff, monitor student needs and implement curriculum based on student needs. The Site Coordinator will also be responsible for data collection and compiling performance reports. This extra duty position is perfect for someone wanting to be an aspiring administrator.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE (Minimum Qualifications)

  1. Complete two years of study at an institution of higher education, or
  2. Obtain an associates (or higher) degree, or
  3. Can be TSPC licensed teacher

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
  2. Bilingual Spanish skills
  3. Participation in District sponsored in-service activities
  4. Principles and practices of planning, needs assessment, management, problem solving, group process and evaluation
