HOURS: 8 Hours per day (12-month position)
WAGES: $18.94 - $24.16 / hour (Full Benefits)

POSITION SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, performs unskilled and semi-skilled work in the general maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment. Maintenance I workers perform a variety of tasks and operate a variety of manual and power tools and equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS: (Minimum Qualifications)
All maintenance I workers must have:
- High school diploma or the equivalent.
- Five years’ experience in grounds irrigation, horticulture and overall grounds maintenance.
- Valid Class A Oregon Driver’s License and ability to maintain insurability under District’s vehicle insurance policy.
- Welding experience.
- Forklift experience.
- Oregon Department of Agriculture Public Pesticide Applicator License (willing to support obtaining licensure).
- Oregon Asbestos worker license (willing to support obtaining licensure).
