EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANT’S / MULTIPLE POSITIONS

POSITION:  Educational Assistant

LOCATION: Warm Springs K-8 Academy       

CLOSING DATE: Open until closed

START DATE:  Soon as possible

HOURS:   Part time & Full time positions

WAGES:  $12.88 - $13.42 / Hour                                                      

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• High School Diploma
• Must be “Highly Qualified”
• Flexible, Dependable, Positive Attitude
• Educational Assistant I  experience needed in small group reading
• Needs to want to make a difference, and willing to work on improving student achievement at WSK8.

To be “Highly Qualified”, an Educational Assistant requires a high school diploma or the equivalent, and one of the following:

• An Associate's degree
• Two years of study at an institution of higher education - 72 credit hours
• Passed the District Assessment for educational assistants in the areas of reading, writing, math and  pedagogy
