POSITION: Educational Assistant II  (Behavioral)   (2 Positions Available)     Probationary / Permanent

LOCATION:  Madras High School

CLOSING DATE:  Open until filled

START DATE: September 5, 2017

HOURS:  5.75 hours/day

STARTING WAGES:   $13.42/ hour                         

QUALIFICATIONS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:  

• High School Diploma
• Must be “Highly Qualified”
• Experience Preferred

To be “Highly Qualified”, an Educational Assistant requires a high school diploma or the equivalent, and one of the following:

• An Associate's degree
• Two years of study at an institution of higher education - 72 credit hours
• Passed the District Assessment for educational assistants in the areas of reading, writing, math and  pedagogy
